WHAT DO YOU THINK?

10%? 50%? 80%?

Even if you answered 100% you need to know for sure what it takes to get into heaven, according to God's Word. That's the only way you can be assured of your salvation.

THIS IS WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS - If you die today and you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus, you will not enter the gates of heaven.

• Jesus is the only way: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me'." - John 14:6
• God loves you: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - John 3:16
• We are all sinners: "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23
• Sin separates us from God: "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 6:23
• God made provision for sin: "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" - Romans 5:8
• Confess and believe: "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9
• Receive Jesus: "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." - Romans 10:13

PRAY THIS PRAYER
Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God. I believe that you died for my sins and rose from the grave. Forgive me for my sins. Come into my life and be my Lord and my Savior, Change me into the person that you want me to be. Thank you for saving me today. Amen.

WHAT NOW?
You must follow Jesus Christ and grow in your relationship with God. If you don't grow, you could easily fall back into living life your way. You must step forward and let Jesus teach you how to live your new life in Him. Here are 3 things you can do right away.

1. Pray: learn how to communicate with God.
2. Read: learn how God wants you to live by reading the Bible.
3. Go To Church: learn how to become a part of God's family through regular fellowship with others who believe in Jesus.

LEARN HOW TO STAY IN THE LIGHT
Upon making a commitment to follow Jesus as the Lord of your life, you enter into a new spiritual realm. You are coming out of spiritual darkness and entering into God's light. This is why you need to learn how to live God's way.

It is essential for new Christians to become aware of how tricky Satan and his cohorts are. It is their goal to deceive you and pull you away from God's divine plan. Don't let this happen to you!

In my situation, in 1986 after I prayed to receive Jesus, I returned to spiritual darkness even though I had an earnest desire to live my life God's way.

• The Reason?: I was out of church fellowship. I struggled because I was trying to do things my way. Since I lacked spiritual knowledge, my ignorance kept me in a box of confusion for seven years.
• Why?: I was trying to fight a spiritual battle that I was not equipped to handle. I had no one to guide me in order to grow strong in Christ.
• For That Reason: you need to do all that you can to "Stay in God's Light."
• Start By Finding A Good Church: Fellowship with other Christians, read the Bible to learn Biblical principles to live by and pray to communicate with God.
